Withdrawal Rules
At Mira Bingo every deposit is rewarded with a generous bonus and CASH to enhance your winning opportunities, and length of play.
To ensure fair play the following withdrawal rules apply.
  1. Withdrawal requests are processed on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please make sure your withdrawal request is made before 10am GMT to be eligible for current period.
  2. Player may request one (1) withdrawal per seven day period. Minimum withdrawal request is GBP £50. ALL withdrawal requests below GBP £50 will be credited back to players account.
  3. Any winnings derived from the Free money, Promotional Bonus Bucks or Free Cards are not eligible for withdrawal.
  4. Upon Players first deposit, any cash balance from the free money, over £20 will be reset to 100% match of the players first deposit in addition to any other bonuses taken.
  5. Players must have a 'Real Money' account prior to requesting a withdrawal. Real Money account must be funded with at least GB Pounds Sterling (GBP-£) £25 prior to requesting a withdrawal.
  6. Bonus Deal : Deposit plus bonus awarded must be wagered four (4) times on bingo games or ten (10) times on slots prior to requesting a withdrawal. If a player plays any game other than bingo,slots, keno, or scratch offs,than the play through amount will be 40 times the deposit plus bonus.
  7. Cash Deal : Deposit plus bonus awarded must be wagered eight (8) times on bingo games or Fifteen (15) times on slots games prior to requesting a withdrawal CASH play is considered for play through requirement.
  8. Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on bingo game winnings is GB Pounds Sterling (GBP £)5000 (£1250 per week). Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on casino game winnings is GB Pounds Sterling (GBP £)1000 (£250 per week).
  9. Redemption flow backs are not considered as new deposits and will not be eligible for bonus.
  10. Once a payout is requested, Player will forfeit all BBs left in their account up to the value of the remaining cash balance. Example: Player has £500 cash in account and £250 in BBs. withdraws £400 cash leaving £100 cash in account. BBs will be reduced to 100.
  11. Deposit bonuses cannot be claimed If you have a pending withdrawal request.
  12. All unclaimed deposit bonus expire upon your successfully withdrawal.
  13. In order to ensure that withdrawal amount reaches the right person, all players making their first withdrawal request MUST send us a proof of ID (Passport or Driving License) and proof of current residential address (phone bill or similar). These details MUST match the details listed in their account profile (name, address, phone number and email address). Use of invalid contact details may result in closure of account and all winnings will be forfeited. The documents can be sent by email to accounts@bestbingonetwork.co.uk or Faxed to 44 207 806 8082. If you are not sure what is an approved ID or not sure how to send the forms in, please contact live help or open a support ticket.
  14. Withdrawal of winnings will be reimbursed to the appropriate account from which they came from with in 3 business days of approval. In the case where deposited funds came from Ukash, or Moneybookers a cheque will be sent directly to the player by first class mail. The charge for sending out a cheque, (£5.00) will be deducted from the withdrawal. The cheques will only be sent out every other week on approved withdrawals.
  15. Management reserves the right to withhold payment of any large winnings until the player agrees and provides our promotions department an interview related to their winnings for the purpose of our promotional newsletter and websites and further pending verification of the player's identity in which case we may request identification documents.
  16. Management reserves the right to deny any withdrawal request if a player has not funded his/her account prior to 30 days of any win (this includes any winnings derived from any complimentary and / or promotional bonuses, including Bonus Bucks and cash).
  17. As per industry standards, withdrawals of £1000 or greater may be subjected to a longer processing period and paid as scheduled by management, with a maximum total monthly withdrawal limit of £5000.
  18. We recommend that players visit the rules page on a regular basis. Management reserves the right to edit the site Rules without prior notice.
