1- Does my phone support the mobile games?
A: Currenly our games can be played on all the mobile phones with screen width of 176 pixels and higher, your mobile must have JAVA MIDP 2.0 or higher and atleast 5MB of Free Memory. Please confirm that your mobile device fulfills these requirements. For further details please contact support.
2- Do I need to open a separate account to play mobile games?
A: No, you do not require a separate account. The account you use on your PC is valid for playing games on your mobile device.

5-Is it the same game software as Mira Bingo ? Is it the same fair gaming?

6- How do I erase the game?
A: Usually by going to the game folder, selecting the game file and looking in Options. For details, look in the handset's user manual.
7- What happens if a call comes, my screen freezes and I turn off my phone or if my battery dies while I am playing? Am I automatically disconnected?
A: The game will be paused and the network connection on some phones may be lost. When your call is finished, the game will automatically resume. In some handsets you may have to return to the game's normal location and clicking on its icon again. You should be able to resume your game from where you left it, or login again and resume a broken game.
8- My phone is unable to connect!
A: In order to access the Internet from inside one of our games, the game software must be using an Internet Access Point, not just a simple WAP connection. If you don't know how to set up your phone properly, contact your carrier's technical support.
9- How much does it cost to play?
A: As per our estimations you will spend around 5kb of data including your logging in for slots. For bingo you may spend up to 10kb. Please note that these figures are only illustrative and real-world numbers may differ.
10- Do I get charged by my phone provider while I'm playing?
A: There is no additional charges to play our games on your phone. However, you will be charged your normal network tariff for your mobile GPRS connection. You can verify this by contacting your mobile service provider.
